The Ultra Racing UR-AF24-397 is a 24mm front anti-roll bar engineered to significantly improve a vehicle's chassis stiffness and handling characteristics. During aggressive driving, such as fast cornering, hard braking, or acceleration, the car's chassis experiences considerable flex and deformation. This is especially true in corners, where one side of the vehicle can endure up to three times more force than the other, leading to loss of tire grip and negative handling traits like understeer and oversteer. The brackets are made from steel plates measuring 4mm to 5mm in thickness, while the hollow steel tubes range from 1.2mm to 1.6mm in thickness. This meticulous material selection ensures the bar maintains its rigidity and strength, preserving consistent geometry. Importantly, the design also incorporates a safety feature, allowing the bar to crumple during an impact.
