Front Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA434-1562E is a remanufactured front axle assembly designed for the Dana 30 axle system. This assembly comes with a 3.55 gear ratio and is specifically for 1994-1999 Jeep Cherokee models that are equipped with ABS. It is a left-hand drive unit and does not include vacuum disconnect. Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high standards of precision and reliability. Each assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The axle tubes are also inspected to ensure they meet OEM standards for straightness. This product includes the main housing and internals only. It does not include axles, ball joints, spindles, steering components, or brakes. The unit is cleaned using a hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced as part of the remanufacturing process.
