The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA440-195G is a remanufactured front axle assembly specifically designed for Ford 8.8-inch ring gear applications with Independent Front Suspension (IFS). This unit is built to order and features a 3.73 gear ratio. During the remanufacturing process, all housings are rigorously tested for surface wear and cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection is performed on all internal components, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutch packs, and carrier. To ensure optimal performance and durability, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, restoring them to an OEM finish. Precision setup and longevity are further ensured by establishing the correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements. This remanufactured axle assembly is compatible with 2018-2019 Ford Expedition, F-150, and Lincoln Navigator models. It utilizes the Ford 8.8 Inch Ring Gear and IFS setup.
