The Zumbrota RAA434-1969X2 is a performance-grade front axle assembly engineered for Chrysler 9.25 housings, featuring an open differential with a 4.56 gear ratio. Zumbrota rebuilds these axle assemblies to rigorous standards of precision and reliability. Each unit is meticulously inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are thoroughly examined and tested. New bearings and seals are installed, and the gears are checked for optimal tooth contact patterns and precise rolling torque setup for longevity. The assembly also includes a high-strength nodular steel ZPA differential cover. The Zumbrota remanufacturing process includes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on all parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning, setting a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing. The tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. This front axle assembly is specifically designed for the 2012 Ram 2500.
