The Zumbrota Drivetrain YA W24124 is a front axle kit engineered with high-tensile strength 4340 chromoly for superior durability and performance. This kit is designed to fit GM 8.5” differentials and includes Yukon Super Joints. This comprehensive kit comes with two outer axles, each featuring 19 splines and a length of 9.94 inches. It also includes two inner axles, both with 30 splines: a 19.15-inch right-hand axle and a 35.46-inch left-hand axle. The use of cold-rolled formed splines and advanced heat-treating processes ensures unmatched quality and longevity. Technical notes indicate that the included Super Joints are high-maintenance items and not recommended for daily drivers. This suggests the axle kit is better suited for off-road applications or vehicles that do not see constant daily use.
