FRONT AXLE SHAFT

The Dana 27902-65X is a passenger side inner axle shaft for Dana Model 44 and 44 disconnect style front differentials. It has an approximate length of 17.02 inches and features 30 inner axle splines. This direct-fit replacement is made from durable steel with a micro-alloy for improved strength and heat-treated for proper hardness. It is designed with an increased U-joint size for 25% higher yield strength and a re-engineered outer stub for added durability. Improved snap ring retention reduces shock load failures, and material redistribution in the yoke ears equalizes deflection and reduces bearing cap spinning. This part fits non-ABS models only and does not include wheel studs, bearings, or seals.
