The floating 2-piece rotor design with directional ventilation vanes and a slotted friction face ensures superior braking, cooling efficiency, and resistance to fade and cracking under harsh conditions. Aluminum hats, CNC machined from 6061-T6, offer unsprung weight reduction and corrosion resistance. This kit is designed to fit under OEM Z06 wheels or many aftermarket 18-inch wheels for the 355mm kit, and requires 19-inch or larger wheels for the 380mm kit. Installation may require removal or trimming of the factory rotor dust/heat shield. The kit includes calipers, brake pads (with choices like Hawk DTC-30 or Project Mu H16-03), stainless steel brake lines, mounting brackets, floating rotors, and all necessary hardware.
