Front Big Brake Kit, 355x32, 6-Piston

The HPA Motorsports Front Big Brake Kit (355x32) is a high-performance braking system engineered in collaboration with Baer Brakes for Mk4, Mk5, Mk6, Mk7, and Mk8 Volkswagen and Audi platforms. This kit is designed for enhanced braking efficiency and pedal feel, featuring CNC machined billet aluminum 6-piston radial mount calipers and two-piece floating rotors that measure 355mm x 32mm. The rotors incorporate directional curved vanes and HPA's signature curved slots, with hats constructed from anodized CNC machined aluminum and discs finished with zinc plating for corrosion resistance. Included components also comprise caliper brackets, ceramic pads suitable for street and mild track use, and all necessary mounting hardware. The kit also comes with DOT-approved direct-fit stainless steel braided brake lines and a brake bleeding accessory. The calipers are available in HPA Blue, Red, and Black finishes. A key feature of this Big Brake Kit is its wheel fitment; it is designed to fit behind OEM 18" GTI, GLI, or Golf R wheels without spacers. This facilitates the use of factory wheels for winter tires. However, the factory dust shield must be removed to accommodate the larger rotor size. The kit offers a significant weight saving, reducing rotational mass by 6 pounds per rotor, contributing to improved acceleration and deceleration, and a total reduction of 32 pounds in un-sprung weight for enhanced suspension performance.
