The Demon Performance A1-200 is a front brake rotor designed as a direct replacement for the OE disc on your Dodge Demon. No modifications are necessary for installation, as it bolts directly to the car and works perfectly with OE calipers. This lightweight, high-performance replacement maintains your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency.

The rotor features a central hat made from U.S.-sourced 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and a proprietary cast iron disc poured and machined in the USA. Its curved vane design acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The floating mount system uses 12 high-strength alloy steel drive pins for axial and radial float, secured by grade 12 cap screws and anti-noise spring washers to prevent cold-weather rattling and allow for self-centering between pads.

The Demon Performance A1-200 is a front brake rotor engineered as a direct, no-modification replacement for the factory disc on the Dodge Demon and Challenger Super Stock models. Constructed with a central hat from U.S.-sourced 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and a proprietary cast iron disc poured and machined in the USA, the A1-200 is built for performance and durability. The disc incorporates a curved vane design, a racing-developed feature that functions as a centrifugal pump to enhance cooling by forcing air through the rotor. The rotor and hat assembly employs a floating mount system utilizing 12 high-strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured in the USA to specific standards and cadmium-plated for corrosion resistance. This system allows for crucial axial and radial float between the hat and disc, while grade 12 cap screws and specialized anti-noise spring washers ensure quiet operation by preventing cold-weather rattle and accommodating heat expansion. The floating design also allows the rotor to self-center between the brake pads. This rotor measures 14.2 inches in diameter and 1.26 inches in thickness. It is compatible with Dodge Demon and Challenger Super Stock models from 2018 through 2024. The reduction in rotational and unsprung weight compared to stock cast units also contributes to quicker acceleration and improved suspension response.
