The Stillen DBA2702 is a direct-fit front brake rotor from DBA Brakes, engineered to provide performance braking upgrades beyond standard OE levels. Constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron, these rotors are put through DBA's Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) process. This treatment enhances the material's ability to withstand the increased stress and heat generated during intense braking applications, ensuring consistent performance. DBA has incorporated its patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system into this rotor design. This unique feature utilizes 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars, resulting in up to a 30% increase in surface area and a 20% improvement in cooling efficiency when compared to conventional straight vane designs. Additionally, the rotor features a CBN machine-turned finish, which helps to minimize disc thickness variation and reduce the risk of premature pad wear, contributing to a longer lifespan for both the rotor and brake pads. This DBA Street Series T2 Standard Brake Rotor is specifically designed for the front axle. Technical specifications include an outside diameter of 319mm, a nominal and discard thickness of 28mm, a vented rotor type, and a smooth surface. It has a center hole diameter of 62mm and 5 lug/stud holes. Compatible vehicles include the 2004-2006 Lexus RX330, 2007-2008 Lexus RX350, 2006-2008 Lexus RX400h, and the 2006-2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Fitment notes indicate that for the 2006-2007 Toyota Highlander, compatibility is limited to Hybrid models.
