The Stillen DBA417X is a front brake rotor designed for the 2005-2006 Mitsubishi Outlander. It features a cross-drilled and slotted surface for improved braking performance and cooling.

Constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron and treated with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), this rotor is built to withstand increased stress and heat from intense braking. The Stillen DBA417X is a direct replacement front brake rotor engineered by DBA Brakes for the 2005-2006 Mitsubishi Outlander. It offers upgraded performance braking beyond standard OE levels, combining enhanced stopping power with improved aesthetics. Crafted from high-carbon alloyed iron, this rotor undergoes DBA's Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) process. This treatment allows the metallurgy to handle the increased stress and heat generated during demanding braking applications. The unique cross-drilled and slotted surface design, along with DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, contributes to superior cooling efficiency and helps dissipate heat and gases more effectively. Key technical specifications include an outside diameter of 294 mm, a nominal and discard thickness of 24 mm, and 5 lug holes. The rotor is vented and features a drilled and slotted surface type.
