The Stillen DBA42120S is a direct replacement front brake rotor engineered for drivers seeking enhanced braking performance beyond standard OE levels. This rotor is part of DBA's 4000 Series, designed to withstand increased stress and heat generated during demanding braking applications. Constructed from high carbon alloyed iron and treated with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), the DBA42120S offers superior heat resistance. It features T3 slotting for improved gas and dust evacuation, and DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system. Key technical specifications include an outside diameter of 320mm, a vented rotor type, and 5 lug holes. The rotor has a nominal thickness of 25mm and a discard thickness of 25mm. The center hole diameter is 63.6mm, and the overall height is 48.5mm. This rotor is specifically listed as compatible with the 2013-2018 Ford C-Max Energi SEL and the 2018 Ford Escape.
