The Spoon Sports brake rotor is designed as a direct front replacement for Honda S2000 AP1 and AP2 models. This high-performance component offers a significant weight reduction, weighing in at 5.3 kg compared to the OEM rotor's 6.47 kg, resulting in a saving of 1.17 kg per rotor. This reduction contributes to improved unsprung weight, potentially enhancing vehicle dynamics and responsiveness. Compatibility is specifically for JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) Honda S2000 models. This includes the AP1 with the F20C engine (produced between April 1999 and September 2003, and again from September 2003 to November 2005) and the AP2 with the F22C engine (produced between November 2005 and June 2009). Buyers are advised to conduct their own research to confirm fitment for non-JDM vehicles, as the manufacturer's compatibility information is limited to JDM applications.
