The Stillen DBA52224.1V2 is a front brake rotor ring from DBA Brakes, designed for drivers seeking performance braking upgrades beyond standard OE levels. These direct-replacement rotors are constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron and undergo Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to ensure they can consistently handle the elevated stress and heat generated during intense braking applications. Featuring DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, which utilizes 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars, this rotor design achieves up to a 30% increase in surface area and a 20% improvement in cooling efficiency compared to traditional straight vane designs. This enhanced cooling helps to reduce brake fade and maintain optimal performance. This DBA 5000 Series rotor is compatible with the 2008 and 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Models that use a 1-piece disc. Technical specifications include an outside diameter of 350mm, a nominal thickness of 32mm, and a vented rotor type.
