Description

The Stillen DBA692 is a direct replacement brake rotor engineered for the front of the 2004-2005 Toyota RAV4, offering enhanced braking performance beyond OE specifications. Disc Brakes Australia (DBA) manufactures these rotors from high-carbon alloyed iron, which is subjected to Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP). This process ensures the metallurgy can withstand the increased stress and heat generated during demanding braking situations. DBA utilizes its patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system in this rotor, which features 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars. The rotor has an outside diameter of 275 mm, a nominal thickness of 25 mm, and a vented type. Specific fitment notes indicate that for the 2004-2005 Toyota RAV4, this rotor is intended for the Rear Disc application in the USA, noting that some models have Rear Drums.
