This brake pad set meets OEM specifications and has been tested to SAE J2784 for braking effectiveness. It also undergoes Noise/Vibration/Harshness (NVH) and durability/wear testing. The friction material is integrally molded to the backing plate for bond integrity, and it is a premium aftermarket replacement part. Some ACDelco Gold parts may have previously been known as ACDelco Professional.
