Front Coil-over Conversion Kit

The Total Control Products Front Coil-over Conversion Kit is a fully adjustable suspension system engineered for 1965-1973 Ford Mustangs. This kit leverages key factory mounting locations to streamline installation. Its design offers significant suspension geometry improvements, including a lower center of gravity, higher roll center, reduced vehicle roll rate, quicker negative-camber gains, increased compression travel, and reduced rebound travel to limit body roll. It also ensures the correct axis and length of the lower control arm assembly when using factory mounting positions. It is a bolt-in system with the caveat that some drilling may be necessary. The kit lowers the vehicle approximately 1.75 inches in the front. Extended upper shock mounts are available separately if a closer-to-stock ride height is desired. Installation requires the use of Mustang V8 Spindles, which are not included in the kit. Total Control Products highly recommends the "NO Drill" Dropped Pivot Upper Control Arm Option to avoid drilling. Specific fitment applies to 1964-1973 Mustangs and 1960-1977 Ford/Mercury classics, with specific options for early and late 1967 models and exclusions for Boss 429 and Boss 302 models depending on the selected year range.
