These springs can improve handling by lowering the center of gravity, restore sagged original height, or provide additional ground clearance.

This advanced steel offers benefits derived from its use in V8 Supercar racing, ensuring proven durability and characteristics. The KSFS-55 is engineered as a direct replacement for the front of your vehicle, designed to restore factory ride quality. It is specifically noted that for some Subaru Forester models (SH and SJ generations from 2008-2018), there is a lack of suspension travel in the shock absorbers, precluding the manufacture of lowered or raised height springs for those specific applications. The "STD" height option for this front coil spring maintains the vehicle's standard height. King Springs generally designs heavy-duty replacement springs to be uprated, with the degree of uprating typically ranging from 20-40% depending on the vehicle.
