Description

The BDS Suspension BDS034453 is a direct OE replacement front coil spring engineered for the Jeep ZJ Grand Cherokee, providing a 4.5-inch lift. Manufactured from high tensile steel, these springs are built for maximum reliability and to prevent premature coil bind, even when subjected to full coil bind. These coil springs undergo a hydraulic stress preset to reduce fatigue and prevent sagging, and are shot peened to increase tensile strength, allowing for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing spring life. They are available in either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 spring wire composition to guarantee long life. A polyester-based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability. This product is a component of the BDS450H and BDS450FS packages. The application summary indicates fitment for the 1993-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
