The Dobinsons C59-818 coil spring pair is manufactured in-house at Dobinsons' facility in Central Queensland, Australia, adhering to ISO9001:2008 quality standards. These springs are designed for tailored fitment, meaning they are not generic but engineered for specific vehicle applications, drawing on over 80 years of spring design experience. Specifically designed for the Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series at stock height with a 110-220lb constant front end load, these coil springs offer a durable powder coat finish and precise end configurations. They are built to suit a wide range of vehicle needs, including lifted 4x4s, performance street vehicles, and heavy-duty commercial applications. The manufacturing process includes ultra-modern design technology, full scragging and load testing, state-of-the-art heat treatment, and formation on precision mandrels. Dobinsons ensures that all coil springs are load tested and 100% sagged to eliminate subsequent sagging and maintain required specifications. In-house testing for strength, durability, and reliability is a key part of their quality control.
