The Dobinsons C45-314 coil springs are manufactured in Australia with a focus on quality and performance. These springs are designed to be a direct replacement, utilizing ultra-modern design technology and complying with ISO9001:2008 international quality standards. Each spring is subjected to rigorous testing, including being fully scragged and load-tested to eliminate sag, as well as spring fatigue and hardness testing. This ensures they meet and maintain required specifications for optimal performance and longevity. Constructed with state-of-the-art heat treatment and high-intensity shot peening, these springs are formed on precision mandrels to ensure precise end configurations. They are finished with a durable powder coat for enhanced protection. Dobinsons' design engineers use advanced coil spring design programs, crucial for developing variable/progressive rate springs that deliver correct laden and unladen rates for superior ride comfort and handling. These coil springs are specifically designed for the Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ (1987-1998) and Y61 GU (1997 on) models. They are intended to provide a 4-inch lift on petrol engine variants. The standard color for Dobinsons coils is aqua, unless a different specification is noted.
