The Dobinsons C57-146 coil springs are a direct replacement for the front suspension of the Suzuki Jimny GJ models from 2018 onwards. Designed and manufactured in Australia, these springs offer a 3-inch (75mm) lift with stock front-end weight, and are capable of supporting up to 75lb of additional load. The manufacturing process includes ultra-modern design technology, precise mandrel forming, and state-of-the-art heat treatment. Each spring is fully scragged and load tested to eliminate subsequent sag and ensure consistent performance and long-term reliability. The springs feature a durable powder coat finish for added protection against the elements. The rigorous testing process, including high-intensity shot peening, ensures the springs can withstand demanding off-road conditions.
