Description

The Dobinsons C19-422 is a pair of front coil springs engineered and manufactured in Australia for demanding off-road applications. Designed and tested by Dobinsons Spring & Suspension's in-house engineers, these coils are built to withstand extreme conditions, from the Australian outback to Russian winters. They are manufactured to ISO9001:2008 international quality standards at their facility in Queensland. These coil springs provide a 40mm lift and are designed to accommodate a load capacity of 50-90Kg on the front end. The manufacturing process includes ultra-modern design technology, precision mandrel forming, and precise end configurations. Each spring is fully scragged and load tested to prevent subsequent sag, and undergoes state-of-the-art heat treatment and high-intensity shot peening for enhanced durability. The springs are finished with a durable powder coat.
