The Dobinsons C15-024 front coil springs are engineered and manufactured in Australia to withstand harsh conditions globally. Utilizing ultra-modern design technology, these springs are fully scragged and load tested to prevent subsequent sag, ensuring consistent performance. The manufacturing process includes state-of-the-art heat treatment and high-intensity shot peening for enhanced durability and fatigue resistance. These coil springs are formed on precision mandrels to achieve precise end configurations, contributing to a reliable fit and function. They feature a durable powder coat finish for added protection. With a free height of 320mm and a spring rate of 200lbs, these coils are designed to provide a 35mm (1.4-inch) lift at the front.
