Front Control Arm

The Brand F Front Lower Control Arms are engineered for the 1996-2000 Honda Civic, designed to provide the strength and performance demanded by racing enthusiasts. These arms offer a significant weight reduction, being half the weight of OEM arms, constructed from lightweight aluminum weighing only 3.2lbs compared to the stock 6lbs. These control arms improve suspension travel by keeping the upper arm in a more centered OEM location, resulting in increased clearance and more travel. The design increases positive caster by up to 2 degrees, which can lead to less negative camber and potentially eliminate the need for traction bars. They utilize spherical bearings that stay true and centered, maintaining precise alignments and eliminating suspension deflection and geometry changes that can occur with rubber or urethane bushings. The arms feature M10X1.25 threaded sway bar holes, allowing for the use of aftermarket sway bars with spherical end links while still accommodating OEM sway bar mounting locations. It is important to note that these control arms are not compatible with the one-piece EM1 SI arms or shock forks. Additionally, they require the use of a 50mm shock fork.
