Front Double Adjustable Coilover Kit

The UMI Performance A205-R Viking Coil Over Kit provides a high-performance suspension upgrade for the front of select GM vehicles. This kit features Viking's double adjustable shocks, allowing for independent tuning of compression and rebound damping with 19 distinct positions each, offering 361 possible combinations for custom setup. The shocks are built, dyno-tested, and serialized in Lakeville, Minnesota, and can be rebuilt by Viking or an authorized center. No spring compressor is needed as the adjuster itself acts as the compressor. A choice of spring rates (250lb, 350lb, 450lb, 550lb, 650lb) is available to match your specific application, whether for drag racing, street use, or auto-cross/road racing. The kit also includes polyurethane shock mounts suitable for mild street applications. Ride height is adjustable from factory specifications down to a 3-inch lower stance using the included spanner wrench. For easier adjustment, an optional thrust bearing and spanner wrench kit is available. The coilovers are compatible with UMI's lower A-arms or your vehicle's factory lower A-arm. For enhanced performance, UMI recommends pairing these with their geometry-corrected upper A-arm that features a tall ball joint. Please note that performance parts may feel and sound different from factory components, and UMI is not responsible for polyurethane bushing damage in performance applications. This kit is designed for fitment on 1970-1981 GM F-Body and 1978-1996 GM B-Body vehicles. Some sources indicate this part does not fit specific vehicle configurations such as the 1985 Buick LeSabre Custom or 1984 Buick LeSabre Custom.
