The USA Standard Gear ZDS9148 is a new, fully assembled front driveshaft designed as a direct replacement for specific Ford F-250 models. It offers a "Perfect Fit" guarantee for proper fitment and easy installation, ensuring a superior, smooth-running component. Constructed from high-grade steel, this driveshaft incorporates upgraded components and new universal joints, slip yokes, and shafts to ensure a long service life and eliminate known OE failure points. It is lubricated with high-temperature grease and dynamically balanced at over 3,000 RPMs to provide a vibration-free driving experience. The overall compressed length measures 25 1/8 inches from center to center of the universal joint. USA Standard Gear emphasizes that their driveshafts are strengthened over common OE shafts.
