The Zumbrota Drivetrain ZDS9873 is a front driveshaft designed for specific RAM Charger, Trailduster, and RAM 2500 applications, offering a 27.5-inch center-to-center measurement. This driveshaft is built with new universal joints, slip yokes, shafts, and components to ensure longevity and reliability. Constructed with a 14.5-inch tube length (measured weld to weld), the ZDS9873 features a robust 7290 universal joint at the differential, equipped with 1.125-inch caps and an inboard snap ring for secure connection. It is strengthened over common OE shafts to prevent failure and is dynamically balanced at over 3,000 RPMs, ensuring a vibration-free driving experience. The USA Standard “Perfect Fit” designation guarantees proper fitment and straightforward installation, making it a reliable upgrade or replacement part.
