The Galfer Front Floating Wave Brake Disc (DF215FLW) is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of sport and racing motorcycle riders. Constructed from high-carbon stainless steel, this disc provides superior braking performance, longevity, and thermal stability, making it suitable for both street and track applications. Its exclusive Galfer Wave design, characterized by a petal shape, effectively reduces unsprung weight, enhances heat dissipation, and optimizes the contact surface between the brake pad and rotor for a progressive and responsive braking feel. Precision laser-cut and subjected to strict quality standards, this brake disc features a 300mm external diameter, 142mm internal diameter, and a 5mm thickness with 5 mounting holes. The heat-treated material ensures durability, while the CAD-CAM design and stress analysis guarantee optimal performance. For dual-disc setups, two units are required. This Galfer brake disc is specifically designed as a direct replacement system that bolts on like a stock disc, requiring no additional brackets or parts. It is KBA and TUV approved, underscoring its quality and compliance. The disc comes with a 6-month warranty when used in conjunction with Galfer brake pads. Note that this disc is not compatible with certain pre-ordered products or packs.
