Front Fork Cartridge Kit

The Öhlins NIX 30 front fork cartridge kit, model FGK 240, draws directly from Öhlins' extensive experience in international Supersport and Superstock racing. A unique design feature of the Öhlins FGK 240 is its separated damping adjustment system. Compression damping and its adjustment are located on the left fork leg, while rebound damping and its adjustment are on the right leg. All adjustments, including spring preload, are conveniently located at the top of the fork legs. The technical specifications include a 120 mm stroke, front position fitment, and compatibility with the 08790-Serie spring series. It requires Öhlins suspension fluid 01309 for optimal operation and is supplied as a kit. It is important to note that springs must be ordered individually to match rider preference and spring rate recommendations. For motorcycles equipped with DDC (Dynamic Damping Control), this cartridge kit should only be used in conjunction with an Öhlins shock absorber. Installation by an authorized ÖHLINS Service Center is recommended to ensure proper setup and performance. The FGK 240 cartridge kit is specifically designed for the BMW S 1000 RR (2019-2025) and BMW M 1000 RR (2021-2024).
