The Dobinsons GS43-806 is a front gas shock absorber engineered to significantly enhance vehicle handling and control, providing a substantial performance upgrade over factory-installed shocks. Designed, developed, and rigorously tested in Australia, these shocks are built to endure extreme operational conditions, from intense heat to subzero temperatures. Constructed with premium components, the GS43-806 features a robust twin-tube big-bore design that utilizes a larger body and bore size, effectively reducing shock fade and ensuring consistent performance even under heavy loads or on harsh terrains. Internal friction is minimized by Teflon piston rings, enhancing responsiveness and durability, while a double chromed 18mm rod provides increased strength and resistance to wear and corrosion. Natural rubber bushings are employed to deliver improved ride comfort and noise reduction, and a steel dust cover protects against debris, further extending the shock absorber's lifespan. This shock absorber is designed as a direct bolt-in OE replacement, facilitating straightforward installation without the need for vehicle modifications. It is specifically engineered for the Mitsubishi L200 and Triton MV models from 2024 onwards.
