This ROUSH Performance Pac Level 1 is engineered to unlock the full potential of your 2015-2017 Ford F-150's 5.0L V8 engine. By integrating a high-flow cold air intake with a meticulously developed ECU tune, this package delivers significant gains in horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range. The ECU flash features detailed PCM calibration that has been tested both in the lab and on the road, resulting in an increase of over 16 RWHP and 19 lb-ft of RWTQ. The calibration is optimized for 91 octane fuel, though it remains compatible with lower octanes at the cost of reduced power. Additionally, the performance-focused throttle mapping drastically improves throttle response and overall driveability. Its CAD-designed construction ensures optimal hood sealing to prevent heat soak and maximize performance gains. The kit features a high-flow, high-capacity air filter that is washable, reusable, and does not require oiling. Installation of this Performance Pac is streamlined, allowing for completion in approximately one hour at an authorized ROUSH dealer, reducing vehicle downtime. The package includes the Cold Air Intake Kit and the RDT Flash Software. An optional 3-year/36,000-mile limited powertrain warranty is also available.
