It excels at attaching front and rear bumper lips, side skirts, trunk spoilers, and roof spoilers, ensuring a secure and lasting fit. Beyond larger aero parts, it also serves effectively for bonding metal and plastic badges, rearview mirrors, electronic component seals, and other specialized automotive trim pieces. For optimal results, proper installation is crucial. The surface where the tape will be applied must be thoroughly cleaned and free of grease; a solution of isopropyl alcohol and water is recommended for degreasing and preparing the surface. When applying, it is advised to peel back only a small section of the red liner initially to allow for adjustments, ensuring proper centering before fully adhering. Once positioned, apply firm pressure to all mounting surfaces for approximately 30 seconds to promote a strong bond. It is recommended to avoid washing or tampering with the installed product for the next 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure and strengthen its viscosity.
