The BMW Genuine Parts 51728194682 is a direct replacement for the front inner door seal on select BMW 3 Series E46 models. This seal is crucial for maintaining cabin climate and minimizing wind noise by preventing water, air, and debris from entering the vehicle. It is made in Germany and features a grip range of 1.5-4 mm. The seal is black and is sold individually, with one needed per front door. This door aperture weatherstrip rubber seal is compatible with the front door aperture of BMW 3 Series E46 Saloon and Touring models produced from April 1997 to July 2005. It is explicitly NOT compatible with BMW 3 Series E46 Coupe or Convertible models. The seal fits both Left Hand Drive (LHD) and Right Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles and may require cutting to fit rear doors.
