Description

The BMR Suspension KM742 is a tubular front K-member engineered for drag race, street-strip, and street performance applications on 1996-2004 Ford Mustangs. This K-member is designed to reduce front-end weight, with the KM742 model engineered to reduce weight by a remarkable 26.5 pounds compared to the factory part. It uses factory mounting points for a direct fit and includes bolt-in spring seats compatible with conventional struts and springs. The KM742 replaces the factory stamped crossmember on SN95 and New Edge V6 or V8 models. Installation typically involves lifting the vehicle, supporting it with stands, and removing the front wheels.
