Key features include a tailored design for specific vehicle models and load/height requirements, and construction from SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel for long-lasting performance. The manufacturing is ISO9001:2008-certified, and the leaf ends are tapered and thinned to balance stress distribution. To prevent sagging and increase service life, the springs are shot-peened and scragged. Multiple configurations are available for varying loads and accessory setups. This leaf spring features military-wrapped eyes for added strength and safety, anti-friction inter-leaf liners for smoother, quieter operation, and high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts to reduce wear and noise. Greasable bush kits, greasable pins, and u-bolts are available separately; this product does not come with bushings.
