The Dobinsons Front Leaf Spring (HIL-002-F RH) is engineered to deliver superior ride quality, durability, and load-handling performance for a variety of vehicle types. With over 60 years of manufacturing expertise, Dobinsons produces leaf springs custom-designed to meet specific load and height requirements, making them ideal for 4x4s, trucks, commercial vehicles, and utility vehicles. Key features include construction from SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel for long-lasting performance, and ISO9001:2008-certified manufacturing processes. The design incorporates tapered and thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution, military-wrapped eyes for added strength, and anti-friction inter-leaf liners for smoother, quieter operation. This leaf spring is shot-peened and scragged to prevent sagging and increase its service life. This specific leaf spring is designed for the front of Toyota 4Runner 1st Gen (1985-1989) and Toyota Hilux LN/RN (1979-1997) models, providing a raised height of approximately 2 inches. It is suitable for standard loads and configurations. Please note that greasable bush kits, greasable pins, and U-bolts are available separately and do not come with bushings.
