Front Leaf Springs

The Dobinsons BJ42-7L-F is a pair of front leaf springs engineered for the Toyota 40 Series, specifically models from 1980 to 1984. These springs are constructed from premium grade Sup 9 silicon manganese spring steel, a material chosen for its ability to withstand harsh conditions and provide years of service. The manufacturing process adheres to international quality standards, including ISO9001:2008. Key design features include drawn, tapered, and thinned leaf ends, which contribute to the overall strength and longevity of the springs. For enhanced comfort and ride quality, anti-friction inter-leaf liners are incorporated. These liners minimize friction at each leaf end, resulting in a smoother and quieter driving experience. The springs are designed to provide a 1.75-inch lift when used with stock weight requirements. The eye size of these leaf springs is 35mm. It is important to note that greasable bushing kits, greasable pins, and U-bolts are not included with this product and must be purchased separately.
