It is important to note that this part is sold individually, but front struts should always be replaced in pairs to ensure balanced performance and safety. Additionally, new mounts, dust boots, spring pads, and bump stops are sold separately and may be required for proper installation. This part replaces several original BMW part numbers, including 31312283103, 31312282475, 31312282215, 31312229839, and 31312282265. It is not recommended for use if shorter springs have been installed.
