The Genuine BMW Strut Assembly is a direct replacement for the front left suspension on E92 M3 models. This component plays a vital role in your vehicle's performance by acting as a central pivot point for the suspension, housing the coil spring, and dampening its movements. Symptoms of worn strut assemblies include noise over bumps, abnormal tire wear, vehicle wandering, poor steering response, and a harsh ride. This strut assembly is specifically designed for E92 M3 vehicles equipped with the Competition Package (S7MAA) and Electronic Damper Control (S223A). It is imperative, per BMW recommendations, to replace the bump stop when installing new shock absorbers. This strut assembly is compatible with the following BMW M3 models: 2010-2013 E92 M3 Coupe (Automatic Dual Clutch and Manual RWD) when equipped with the Competition Package (S7MAA) and Electronic Damper Control (S223A).
