Overview

The M3 Control Arms is a front left wishbone/control arm designed for BMW F80 M3, F82 M4, and F83 M4 models. It features sealed inner and outer ball joints that offer a more precise feel and allow for free movement with minimal deflection compared to elastomer rubber components. This control arm is also compatible as an upgrade for F22 2-series and F3X 3/4-series vehicles, providing an additional 0.5 degrees of negative camber and being slightly lighter than stock F22/F3X arms.

The M3 Control Arms front left wishbone/control arm is an original equipment part for the F80 M3 (2015+ Sedan), F82 M4 (2015+ Coupe), and F83 M4 (2015+ Convertible). It can also be used as an upgrade on the F22 2-series and F3X 3/4-series. This control arm features sealed inner and outer ball joints, which are superior to traditional elastomer rubber components. These advanced ball joints provide a more precise feel and allow the control arm to move freely without resistance and with minimal deflection. When installed on F22/F30/F32 3/4-series vehicles, it contributes an additional 0.5 degrees of negative camber by pushing the bottom of the wheel outward, making it an ideal upgrade for track and autocross applications requiring more front negative camber. Additionally, these M3/M4 control arms are slightly lighter than the stock F22/F3X control arms. For F22/F3X fitment, note that cars equipped with factory xenon headlights will require the M3/M4 leveling bracket and link for proper installation. It is also recommended by FCP Euro to replace control arms in matched pairs and to also replace the self-locking collar nut (33326760668), combination nut (33306787062), and hexagon screw with flange (31106797237) when installing this part.
