The Ultra Racing Rear Torsion Bar (UR-RT12-217) is engineered to enhance the structural integrity of the Ford Fiesta (MK6) 1.6 (2009-2017) and Fiesta S 1.0T 2WD (2013-2017). During dynamic driving maneuvers like fast cornering, hard braking, or acceleration, significant weight transfer occurs, causing immense stress on the vehicle's chassis. This stress can result in body flex, deformity, and twisting, leading to a loss of tire grip and undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The hollow steel tubes and oval tubes of the bar itself measure between 1.2mm and 1.6mm in thickness. All raw materials undergo rigorous testing to meet performance and safety standards. This rear torsion bar bolts directly to existing chassis points, typically with basic hand tools.
