The Powerflex PFF40-501GBLK is a high-performance front lower control arm inner bushing engineered for vehicles requiring precise wheel geometry control. Constructed from Powerflex's robust Black 95A Durometer Polyurethane, these bushings are designed for maximum durability and minimal deflection, making them ideal for demanding applications. Each bushing features in-house CNC-machined stainless-steel adjustable sleeves and includes a matched adjusting spanner. This allows for direct replacement of original bushes while providing enhanced geometry adjustment capabilities. The design offers an additional 50% adjustment over stock, enabling up to +/- 1 degree of front wheel camber adjustment. This capability is crucial for optimizing tire contact with the road, improving handling, and compensating for suspension modifications or wear. By providing a more rigid connection, they restore precise handling and ride quality. Installation instructions are included with all Powerflex kits, and while designed as direct replacements, professional installation is often recommended for alignment procedures. The Powerflex PFF40-501GBLK is specifically designed for various Mercedes-Benz models including C240, C320, and C230 from model years 2001 through 2005, and also fits W203, W209, and R171 chassis.
