Front Lower Spherical Control Arm Set

The PCI front lower spherical control arms are engineered as a performance upgrade for 1992-1995 Civic and 1994-2001 Integra vehicles. These arms are CNC-machined from billet 6061 T6 aluminum and utilize high-strength 304 stainless steel spacers paired with custom 5/8-inch Com10t spherical bearings. By replacing soft factory bushings with spherical bearings, these arms eliminate suspension deflection and maintain precise geometry changes under heavy track loads. Key performance benefits include ball joint angle correction specifically for lowered vehicles and the ability to increase positive caster by up to 2 degrees without increasing steering effort. The design is fully rebuildable and provides a significant 2.8-pound weight reduction per arm compared to stock units. The arms are equipped with M10X1.25 threaded sway bar holes, allowing for continued use of factory sway bar mounting locations if desired. Strict warnings apply to the installation of this product regarding traction bars. The manufacturer explicitly states that traction bars are not compatible and must not be used with these control arms, as adding a third pivot point not in line with the two factory arm pivot points will cause binding that can fatigue or crack the control arm. Use of traction bars with this product will void the manufacturer's warranty. While the arms utilize factory mounting points for sway bars, users must trim the factory mounting location if they intend to utilize spherical end links.
