Front Monotube Reservoir Strut

The Dobinsons MRA59-A460B is a high-performance front monotube reservoir strut engineered to provide ultimate adjustability and durability for your Toyota Hilux GR (2022 onwards). Designed as an inverted-style strut, it features a robust 66mm DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) steel body with a precision-honed finish for exceptional strength and smooth operation. This strut offers comprehensive 3-way adjustability to fine-tune your suspension for any driving condition. It includes 10 stages of high-speed compression adjustment for aggressive off-road driving over ruts and bumps, 20 stages of low-speed compression adjustment for precise control during slow maneuvers and cornering, and 15 stages of rebound adjustment to manage spring control and prevent excessive body roll. The internal components, including a 60mm CNC-machined billet aluminum piston and a low-friction floating piston, are designed for precise tolerances and minimal friction. Construction highlights include a 5140 HV900 hard chrome-plated shock shaft, T6 6061 aluminum spring seats, and a 60mm 6063 aluminum remote reservoir for consistent damping performance. The seal system is a 3-stage design, and Parker™ braided high-pressure hoses are used for reliable fluid transfer. The wear band utilizes a carbon fiber/PTFE/disulfide composite for extended performance and reduced wear. The design is fully rebuildable, and it features a direct-bolt-on installation with TIG-welded CNC end mounts. This strut is also supplied with Dobinsons C92-3013600 front coil springs (13″ x 600lbs/in).
