The CTS Turbo High-Performance Heat Exchanger, also known as a low-temperature cooler radiator, is designed to significantly enhance the cooling system of the Mercedes-Benz C63/C63S AMG (W205 chassis). This unit utilizes a larger, all-aluminum 2-row, 42mm core that is TIG-welded and pressure tested for durability and reliable performance. CNC-machined mounting brackets and coolant hose connections ensure a precise fit. The high-performance, heat-dissipating black finish not only looks aggressive but also aids in thermal management. The integrated, removable rock guard protects the core from road debris. Compared to the stock plastic and aluminum heat exchanger, this upgrade offers substantially more efficient water cooling. This directly results in cooler and denser charge air, which is critical for maximizing power output, especially in tuned vehicles. Owners can expect up to a 70% reduction in intake air temperatures (IATs) when the vehicle is tuned.
