The Harrop Universal Intercooler Kit offers exceptional flexibility for integrating a Harrop Supercharger engine kit into custom builds or project cars. Its innovative design includes twin bleed points on the front heat exchanger, allowing for either left or right inlet/outlet orientation to adapt to various vehicle layouts. The heat exchanger itself measures 560mm (W) x 305mm (H) x 40mm (D) and features multiple mounting options thanks to integrated tabs on each corner. This kit comes complete with essential components for efficient water-air intercooling, including a heat-resistant coolant reservoir with a versatile swivel bracket, a high-volume electric water pump and its mounting bracket, and a dedicated pump wiring loom with an integrated relay and fuse. It also supplies 4 meters of 3/4” water hose, 1.8 meters of 5/8” water hose, a Y-piece, and a comprehensive set of clamps, fasteners, and cable ties to aid in installation. It is important to note that this is a universal kit and not a direct bolt-in solution. Custom parts and fabrication of brackets will likely be required to successfully fit this intercooler kit to your specific vehicle. Additionally, the provided hose lengths may not be sufficient for all vehicle applications, necessitating potential modifications or extensions.
