Front Mount Intercooler 24"x14"x3.5"

The COBB Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) is engineered to drastically improve power output on your F-150 Raptor, especially when paired with tuning from the V3 Accessport. This intercooler features a substantially larger core, measuring 24" wide x 14" tall x 3.5" thick, which provides a significant volume increase compared to the factory component. Straightforward installation involves minor trimming on the back side of the grille, and it maintains the factory Adaptive Cruise Control bracket when using the stock bumper. The intercooler is constructed from aluminum and is 50 State Legal, holding multiple California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order (EO) numbers. Combined with an Accessport, upgrading the stock intercooler is considered a high-impact modification for the F-150 Raptor, maximizing efficiency from stock turbos and leaving headroom for future upgrades. Testing data is available to demonstrate the intercooler's improvements over the stock unit. Confirmed applications include a wide range of Ford F-150 models from 2017 to 2026, including the Raptor, Limited, Tremor, and models with 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost engines. Note that as of November 2025, Cobb does not have a supporting bracket for 2024+ Raptors and ACC relocation.
