The Rev9 Front Mount Intercooler is engineered as a high-efficiency upgrade for the Mini Cooper S 1.6L Turbo models, providing a direct bolt-on replacement for enhanced performance. Constructed from premium aluminum with an anti-corrosion coating and reinforced with TIG-welded end tanks, this intercooler is built for durability and strength. This intercooler offers a significant improvement over the stock unit, boasting 50% more flow and a thicker core designed to provide additional cooling efficiency. Its capacity supports a wide range of horsepower, from 200 to 500 HP, making it suitable for various performance applications. The direct bolt-on design simplifies the installation process. Key specifications include a core length of 21 inches, a core height of 3.75 inches (lower side) and 8.5 inches (taller side), and a core thickness of 4.5 inches. The inlet and outlet ports measure 2.1 inches, with an approximate end-to-end length of 28 inches. This intercooler is specifically designed for the following 1.6L Turbo Mini Cooper S models: Paceman R61 (2013-2016), Countryman R60 (2010-2016), Roadster R59 (2012-2015), Coupe R58 (2012-2015), Cabrio R57 (2009-2015), Clubman R55 (2009-2014), and Hatch/Hardtop R56 (2009-2013).
