The COBB Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) for your Focus RS is engineered to drastically improve power, especially when paired with tuning from the V3 Accessport. Despite its size, it maintains a low pressure drop of only .3-.5 psi. A unique feature of this intercooler is the custom-designed fin within the hot side endtank, which works to evenly disperse incoming air across the entire core. This ensures optimal cooling performance. The unit utilizes worm clamps for a leak-free connection to the factory charge pipes, and no bumper trimming is necessary. This FMIC is also available in a silver finish. Combined with an Accessport, upgrading the stock intercooler is highly recommended for the Focus RS, offering excellent performance gains for the investment.
